But as we stand at the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex<\/strong> in 2026, a new kind of training is taking place. It\u2019s silent, it\u2019s digital, and it\u2019s predictive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Podium” Intelligence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As the National Sports University (NSU)<\/strong> prepares to shift to its massive permanent campus at Koutruk<\/strong> this August, the focus has shifted from just “coaching<\/strong>” to “Sports Performance Analysis.”<\/strong> We met L. Hemanta<\/strong>, a 24-year-old Sports Scientist and NSU postgraduate specializing in Biomechanics. “In the past, we relied on a coach’s intuition to fix a boxer’s stance or a weightlifter’s grip,”<\/em> Hemanta explains, pointing to a high-speed camera setup. “Now, we use Computer Vision<\/strong> to map every millimeter of movement.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
